Savvy.mn Magazine and Twin Cities Live took on the daunting task of reviewing more than 1,200 entries in the Cutest Baby Contest.
The top two vote-getters, Elliana and Benjamin, appeared on TCL on Jan. 30. They both received Family Fun Packs containing tickets to the Minnesota Zoo and SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium at Mall of America and a $50 gift card for Marbles The Brain Store.
But we could only have one winner and it was Benjamin Allen Dare of Eagan. His family received a $250 American Express Gift Card and Amy Ellwanger of Bella Vita Studios photographed Ben for the cover of Savvy.mn Kids. This special edition of the magazine hits the streets this Thursday.
